Flickering when using the finger image in a cell phone template

Hi,

I'm using a template with a cell phone and I have a finger image coming in to scroll and tap items on the phone. It looks great when I edit my movie and when I view it as a preview in wideo but once I export it to MP4, I'm seeing a flickering effect from about 0:30 whenever the finger image is used.

Any suggestions on how to fix this up would be really appreciated.
