다운로드가 되지않습니다

월정액 요금제를 사용하고있는데요
9월 2일까지는 만든 동영상 다운로드가 가능했었는데
갑자기 제작한동영상뿐만아니라 그전에 제작하였던 동영상을 다운로드하면
결제페이지로 넘어가네요
현재 쓰고있는 요금제는 선택이 안되고 더 위에 제품만 결제하라고 나오는데
이거 어떻게 된건가요 -_-
