I cannot download my Wideo. When it starts, I get a message "Bad Gateway" with a number. It appears to be continuing the Download, butt hen it says "something went wrong, contact support"

    Sorry about this issue! 

     

    We made some upgrades to our platform the other day that briefly affected the downloads. This has been fixed. Everything should be working normally again.
